攀岩大师班测算过 half a meter of stretch for the climber, 不是特别极限的情况可以达到三千牛的拉力。

来嘛,跟个风 yo come on baby go 呦呦!哦耶, come on baby go 呦呦!

cause you know that baby i。

it's your girl drink and i see to be very weak with my right hand oh that was seventy five pounds or so squeezing let's try it on this left hand oh, that's weird on left hand said ninety five pounds huh, let's try that again i would explain why this feelings are weird in the gym today, i've guessed me, i don't know if that's eighty three with this hand it's very unusual and then ninety three into this had interesting i'm like it all kind of like or my or my suit is too tight on so yeah it's like。

okay, let's talk core training for climbers and specifically core training that you can do at home for root climbers and tread climbers now before we get started with this workout video and come along with these follow along exercises is i want to point out that always is important to warm up before you get going with this, so do a warm up before we get going on these exercises again like the other videos that we've done here for wild country is if it's painful or uncomfortable you want to be looking to move away from these exercises it's particularly important with some of these core exercises on your lower back as well always load slowly so if you're gonna do two of these in a week don't suddenly go to five a week the next week go two week, three a week four weeks just slowly building up over a period of weeks and then lastly with all these exercises make sure that you've got a nice comfortable base to work from if you're doing any of these floor exercises the moderation that we're gonna do in this exercise video today is gonna be both floor and bar work on core because i think that's most relevant to climbers okay, first exercise is we're gonna be focusing on the oblique muscles for our core training now the way we're gonna do this is we're gonna do a side plank on the floor so what we're gonna do is set up so that our feet are either matched at one end and on top of each other or we can do a slightly crossed over position whatever feels most comfortable and stable for you and then we're gonna rest on top of our elbow and from this position here is we're gonna lift our hip off the floor and we're gonna tense down the side of our body and you'll notice this is a fair amount of stability in strain that's also required on the shoulder on this one here to really find a nice comfortable position for this and we're looking to hold this for thirty seconds if you'd like to moderate and make this a little bit harder you can also do some raises in that position just working a little bit harder you do thirty seconds and then we're going to swap over and come to the other side so again find a nice stable position for those feet whichever works best for you onto the elbow shoulder engaged hips up nice straight position with the body and holding that thirty seconds all the way through for exercise too things we're on the floor already what we're gonna do is just flip it over and we're now gonna work on the muscles down our back a lot of climbers forget to train also this part of their core they always think of it as being the absolute front but in fact our core is all the way round our torso, so we're gonna move over onto our front and some people call this a skydiver position others will call this a superman position and from here is we're gonna lay with our front with our hands beside our sides and we're gonna lift those up so that elbows and shoulders come off the ground and at the same time we're gonna bring off our chest and our legs at the same time contracting our lower back so really feel this in the middle to lower part of our back if you find this exercise quite hard, it's just to come down rest for five seconds and then again come up and hold that position you can even do minor pulses so coming down resting for two seconds up for two seconds and down for two seconds, but you do want to try and do that exercise for the thirty seconds if you can possibly can before for them moving on to our next exercise, so just build up to it slowly the third exercise that we're going to do is going to be moving on to the bar now you can do these onto a jugs of a top of a pull up bar or some really good holes that you have in a comfortable position at home now what we're looking for when we do this position on the bar to maintain a position where we're almost into a banana position or a disposition that we'd have on the floor, so the arms are forward at a torso is slightly rotated forwards and we have a little bit of contraction in our stomachs, our hip flexes and our quads at the same time so if i show you this on a bar what we want to do is we want to move from having a totally straight hanging position on a bar here to having our legs in the front and our chest very slightly forward and our shoulders engaged so that position here is holding, so you can see i'm almost in a slight banana position, so i can feel this in my shoulders, a little bit, my chest definitely my core, my hip flexes and my quads so we try and hold this if we can thirty seconds if it's hard come down check those arms out again, come back up and try and complete that thirty second exercise last exercise we're going to do is again on the bar and this exercise we're going to be looking at something that transfers back into climbing where our feet may cut loose on a rock facil and steeper terrain and we're really engaging the core, but using precision with our feet at the same time so what we're aiming to do is grab a pull up bar some really good holes like jugs or some good holes on the fingerboard and we're going to use a block position on the board so not with totally straight arms and we're gonna jump into the position each time and then try them to touch out in front of us, so that we're imagining we're putting our foot on an imaginary hold on our steep rock face, so it can be directly in front of you, or it can even be slightly to the side or a little bit higher, so you can get quite creative with this exercise, but we're trying to do this if we can thirty seconds, so we're jumping up and touching without foot and down then we're jumping up, touching that foot and down try and do this is controlled manners possible to really delicate touch, back down, jump, touch and back down, so you can see you can get really creative with using all sorts of different positions with those feet as you jump into that pull each time and the reason why we jump into that pool is to make that part easier, but really work on the core so go for as slow as possible and really try and work on that persistent element that's a fourth exercise, so that's a complete round of exercise you can do for the core don't forget that over time you can build up and you can run through that whole sequence a number of times to complete a workout that might even be fifteen or twenty minutes long。
