各位家人们晚上好啊,我是爱品酒的西哥,又跟大家见面了,今天呢跟大家品鉴两只威士忌,都是他家的这个基础款,经典的十年,都是每个酒厂的入门经典酒款,一个是来自太子塔的十年, 号称海王啊,就是他,一个是来自拉福格艾雷岛拉福格十年,那这款十年呢,今天也是多得了九十二分的高分。那今天我们大家给横向对比一下这两款酒啊,到底口感怎么样,有啥区别呢? 哎呦, 拉佛格呢?是啊,明亮的金黄色啊,这个这个不好意思啊,这个太斯卡是连明亮的金黄色。拉佛格呢,比开颜色稍稍深一点点啊稍稍深一点点。先闻一下拉佛格啊先闻一下太斯卡, 嗯,有一种这个啊,很重的这个葡萄干的味道,橡木桶的这个木质香料几乎没有啊,几乎没有这个泥梅味道,有一点淡淡的烟熏味道。 拉佛阁十年呢,就很重的这种碘酒啊,然后消毒水的味道,还有淡淡的柑橘,那个咱们先品一下,太子表示意 油脂感不错啊,四十度的酒精呢,不太体现。入口呢是这种 巧克力啊,焦糖啊,还有淡淡的海盐的咸味,还有这个葡萄干的味道,那还是很不错的一款酒,回味呢,也是有一种这个木质的香调,但是呢还是这个甜感很持久。然后我们再来试一款拉佛格, 完全不一样啊,两个酒完全不一样,虽然说都是十年款。拉后格入口的感觉就是很重的柠檬味道和烟熏的味道, 那台斯卡呢,是淡淡的这个烟熏味,然后泥味味几乎没有啊,很能感觉到有一点点的咸的味道,要不然他叫海王味,八合格。完全不同啊,很重的泥味味,碘酒味,消毒水的味道,然后还有柑橘味。 那喜欢这两款酒的呢,应该是不同风格的朋友们啊,这个喜欢稍甜一点的可以选择泰彩十年。喜欢种泥梅的啊,喝一口感觉很带劲的,可以选择这款拉福过十年他们回甘都非常不错,都有一种, 这个是葡萄干的香甜。这个是柠檬啊,柑橘类的香甜都很不错。那今天的呃,酒瓶呢?就到这里,谢谢大家,拜拜喽。

咱们今天就聊聊这个查尔斯王子喝的酒啊,拉佛阁。拉佛阁这个酒我也特别喜欢,为什么呢?拉佛阁被称为艾雷岛之王。为啥被称为艾雷岛之王呢? 不用问,就是那种苏格兰威斯给所典型的那种泥梅的风格,但是他是青泥梅。青泥梅有个什么好处呢?就不像那种重泥梅,重泥梅都是那种老油条喝的,我说哎,喜欢很冲的口感。青泥梅呢,既有泥梅味,还具备了那种非常新鲜的水果 香气。大家想想,各种水果啊,混合起来了,而且口感据说是所有 whisky 里面最丰富,层次最多的一种,大家可以试一下。就是你在喝这瓶酒的时候会感知到那种水果 坚果烘烤,然后那种泥梅是非常美妙的融合在一起。他不是 世上有一些酒拿出来只有柠檬味或者只有果香味,那就单一了,说他的这种丰富程度啊,令人非常令人赏心悦目的啊。这是我自己爱喝的一款这个这个酒。

i was very excited to be part of this because it's different to anything else we've released the last few decades this is special liquid at the zero of the special bottle and i'm really excited to see what law is going to create i'm an illustrator who predominantly works in books i also work in ceramics and really enjoy telling stories around 3d objects so i was really thrilled to be invited by lafuri to create a bottle for them start a new project i will try and immerse myself in the world that i'm illustrating i had never been to isle before, but on the smaller plane coming from glasgow to isle your thoughts suddenly seem longer and you seem to be able to complete them and in many ways there's a simplicity to the landscape i feel like i'm zooming in on these textures because i'm being given the chance to yeah do you like that 哈哈 people that make weske here are genuinely kidding about what they're doing you know they are invested in the process you know if you make something with your heart and your soul that's got to have an effect on the flavor i absolutely love dialer i loved driving through it and being able to see what you felt was the whole island and it was this wonderful wild beautiful place where the whiskey is made the whole distillery is very pleasing as soon as you arrive you're smelling different parts of the process which was quite willy wonka it's quite a visual and sensory treat there was a real warmth to the people who seemed to be actually part of the place and you really don't feel like you need to be an expert just to talk about the whiskey, you know for over two hundred years we start in the same spot you have to work with natured here, i guess we can't control the way there's we can't control the temperatures we can't control how much water is going to come down the hell, so it's all about harnessing the experience that this kind of unique sport brings i wasn't expecting the bay of the dissillary to be that beautiful i think that really took my breath, away yeah, so we're here's number one it's got fantastic location from maturedonal frog, it sets right there on shoreline eleven months of the year at least it's battered by cespery and by wondon rain and it gives it little frog get that unique flavor well, i first painted it when i was 15 years of age as a young appliant test and nose days we didn't use rollers we used brushes and it took for the ever i was days in my own painting as well and this wall here is the very original wall from the foshed weight house, so when you say original you mean that 1800s this part here right along here i can visually see a story in that wall, but also i think about what the walls see and the weather it's seen and the characters it's seen and how it's painted felt like it had layers and layers of stories to tell and i returned to my london studio feeling really inspired firstly, i wanted to represent the iconic buildings of lafroig the wall of warehouse number one and the way it's sat in that beautiful bay solid symbol of both permanence and change i want this bottle to feel sturdy and textural and atmospheric pete seemed to be present at every step of the process and i was really drawn to the peep blocks, which are often laid out in these very simple beautiful patterns so by building layers using a process that was both organic and intuitive each bottle has now become unique and i guess this is just like the cast that they came from casks are like fingerprints they're all unique they are amazing living breathing entities they're like us the age they get tired and they're all definitely all good on unique stump i'm actually really proud of what i ended up with there are only two hundred of them but like the dissidiary wall they're being given a fresh look of paint kind of asking it to be weather be kept, asking it to be looked after and to be enjoyed slanted to the pit。
