柬埔寨记者安全吗

这是一段越南记者卧底柬埔寨诈骗园区拍摄的画面，我在这里呢分享给大家，也希望大家千万注意， 千万不要庆幸，那些所谓的朋友告诉你，柬埔寨这些地方有大量的高薪工作，也不要去钻这个空子，留在中国是最安全的。接下来我们跟着他的画面来看看这个诈骗园区到底有多大， 整个这个区域全部是诈骗园区啊，在这里面的人也百分之八九十都是从事诈骗工作的， 你没有听到吗？这就是如果你不去从事，你就会被打进了这些园区里面，以后这些所有的 都是用钢筋铁丝网焊起来的，如果你想逃出来是很难的，你看那边诈骗园区也在新的建设，所以他们未来的发展可能还是会很大，为什么国际上面都在这么强烈的打击这些园区，还在如意春笋的建设， 其实就是一点，当有国际刑警来检查的时候，就有人通风报信转移了核心工作的，大家一定要慎重啊， 你看 感冒不惯， 都是一些哀嚎的声音，因为他们真的是没办法出来，所以大家千万千万记住，千万不要去，希望大家看到这个视频就分享出去啊，让更多的人关注到这个地方，更多的人不再受骗。

我采访了柬埔寨的特种部队，被称为罪恶之城，带有魔幻色彩的柬埔寨到底安不安全？看看他们怎么说。 这是我独自在柬埔寨旅行的第一站先例。一提到柬埔寨，很多人第一反应想到的是绑架、电诈和尕腰子。很多人可能不知道，柬埔寨因为人口贩卖和诈骗遭到了美国的制裁， 各种犯罪活动和灰色产业能这么猖獗，其实跟当地警察也脱不了干系。现在巴西当腐败的普通警察已经无法控制犯罪的时候，只能靠精英警察部队来维持秩序。不知道柬埔寨是不是同样的情况，因为在柬埔寨街头，我看到巡逻执勤的基本都是特种部队， 普通警察反而很少出现在街头。为了弄清楚这些特种部队的工作内容，我经过几天时间的摸牌跟踪，初步掌握了当地特警的巡逻路线 和时间，在他们经常出没的地点进行蹲守，终于等到他们休息的机会进行采访。作为一名游客，跟踪当地警察也是很合理的。 这个是一只十个人组成的特战小队，一辆皮卡车和两辆摩托车，皮卡车后座四名队员，队长跟随皮卡车负责指挥支援。 队员们更多的是把队长称呼为老师。 thank you， thank you sorry i'm from china yeah you speak english yeah a little you can speak chinese my teacher my teacher oh teacher okay captain right so you are doing off work now or like patrolling just for patrolling only a little you are off work or no we just need to inspect every place or just patrolling around the city oh， oh， okay we are from the group of the intervention like you are taking shift right， yeah yeah！ everything yeah wow， that's that's really a busy for these days because so many tourists are coming what we want to do we want to make it the city is safe very safe feel more confident for the tourist you know that if you compare to many country around us we are one of the very safe country we want to bring more to it back after the covid 19， covid 19 for the people here so i think it's bad already right because although the pastry is not not so crowded like before the covid anytime because goes the new airport open， so the big airbus are bowing all right and can bring more tourists so the fly to get very cheaper cheaper！ yeah yeah！ i can accompany yeah yeah yeah！ because i tried the ticket from china to sammy it's really expensive like two thousand yuan， it's like yeah i think it will be cheaper than this and maybe if they for five year the train you can travel by train finally， i will come in they inspect and going to bear， many new highway and bearing a new road and including the canal to live from pronounce to the beach so it will be very easy i think i think the train is from vantian from the from the law yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah！ wow， do you know how many years to it not too long not too long because it's in the plan already and i think it's not longer than quite here okay， yeah so like you're in the covid nineteen we're not silent we build the thirty eight new roles insane real yeah let's make it more it's mean there are more safety and clean and not meggy traffic jam traffic， jam yeah before we only get a full rope but right now we got more yeah！ it's a lot of traffic here now yeah yeah！ so i'm going to build a new two city on the eastern ocean rip in this new city oh， because this is the old city so we're going to bear the two new city， but i think the old city is pretty new for now you see the city is new clean and do everything and build the old city yeah yeah yeah yeah！ yeah！ it's really cool like the motor motorbike yeah！ because the motto， but the weather is not cool for us okay hahaha。 两辆摩托车，四名队员负责激动。因为柬埔寨的飞车抢劫比较频繁，加上很多道路狭窄，灵活的摩托车才能应付更多情况。 像现在柬埔寨三十多度的天气，白天的时候更热，他们仍然需要全副武装。 and all of them that they got a special training what training about all kinds of the one anything that happen only like a normal police oh， yeah！ i just want to ask it it's like a special yeah a special one you are the indeed why maybe got anything happened with fire it can become the firefighter？ firefighter yes， wow， they turned on to the firefighter uh huh。 刚这个老师还介绍到， 这些特种部队要求掌握的技能非常多，除了战斗技能以外，还要学会急救和消防灭火。如果遇到火灾，他们放下武器，穿上衣服就是消防人员，这一点让我非常意外。 so i maybe i will go to the nine market yeah thank you thank you thank you have a nice day！ have a nice day！ yeah！ 他们的特警能灭横穿马路，没走斑马线？刚跟柬埔寨这边的特警聊了一下，大概意思就是说 他们其实很看重这个城市的安全，所以他们组织了这种类似于二十四小时的巡逻队。然后他们都是 不是普通警察了？他们他们算是呃普通警察里面挑出来的精英，就他们基本上都是全副武装，然后是身负多项技能的，甚至还能灭火还能急救，就是那种类似于特警的角色。他们墓地其实也很 很简单啊，他们就想说因为疫情吗？然后导致先例节目在这边的游客大量减少，然后他们想说改善城市的治安，然后把更多的游客带回这里来。 刚忘了跟他投诉一件事，就是我来这边吃路边摊，一个星期拉了三次肚子，现在又要去找厕所。后面的旅程会发生什么有趣的故事呢？关注我，带你一起背包旅行！
