i think everybody realizes and perhaps even the japanese prime minister realizes that this was not a very appropriate remark to say that the developments which relate to china's internal issues would be attract to another country as such i think in legal terms that obviously is not appropriate and i think everybody realizes how sensitive china is on the issue of the one china principle and on any indication of encouragement of separatism from taiban， it is difficult to understand why the remark was made because both from a legal point of view and from a historical point of view japan of all countries should be more careful because of the history involved。
