我正在广州,我刚刚在准备中午出去吃饭的衣服的时候,我突然想起来,我以前虽然看起来瘦瘦的,但是胸挺大的,胸前的扣子就总是处于崩开的边缘,但是呢,一脱掉聚拢型的布拉,两只胸又是外扩的,哎, 所以呢,今天准备来给你们出一套跟练课程,专门来瘦胸,瘦脂肪型副乳,练出胸中缝,而且没有女孩子最害怕的俯卧撑的动作,可以放心练习。我先去吃点东西,你们准备两个矿泉水瓶,一会见。 首先平躺下来,如果你的床垫比较硬呢,可以直接躺在床上,或者是可以躺在瑜伽垫上。第一个动作来做卧推, 虽然是平躺的动作,但是核心也要充分收紧,手腕处于中立位呼气,双手握住矿泉水瓶,推至胸部的正上方,注意是推至胸部的正上方,而不是肩膀的正上方,所以双手 手臂并不是垂直于地面的,否则呢,你会更多的练到你的肩部前束,而不是胸。 下一个动作我们来做飞鸟,双手臂在胸部的正上方几乎伸直,但其实你的手肘是有微微的弯曲的,然后吸气,将双手向两侧打开,放置于地面水平 呼气,再向上夹胸。为了更好的帮助大家找到胸部发力的感觉,大家可以观赏,是由你的手肘在带动发力, 这个动作是会很好的帮助我们的胸部往内收,练出胸中缝。很多女生一开始练胸的时候很难找到发力点,因为胸部的力量比较薄弱,没关系,多练几次就会提高了。 下一个动作来到垂式拉举,同样是伸直手臂微微弯曲手肘,注意哦,这时我们双手掌心相对,将矿泉水瓶靠在一起 呼气,将双手臂由胸部的正上方缓慢下落至头顶的位置吸气,再快速拉举至胸部上方。 垂式拉举呢,会更专注练到我们的上胸部位。将双手臂放置于地面水平的时候,也是要尽量的缓慢,这也是让胸部发力最有效的离心动作阶段。 下一个动作,窄距卧推。窄距卧推呢,它不仅可以练习到我们的胸部,并且还会同时锻炼到 大臂的后侧,也就是拜拜肉的位置。保持双手掌心相对,将两个矿泉水瓶靠在一起吸气,感觉由手肘带动大臂至地面水平的位置呼气,再迅速推举至胸部正上方。 同样在离心阶段下落手臂的时候,动作尽量缓慢,向上推举的过程可以迅速完成。 现在我们从床上或者地垫上起身,来到床或者沙发的边缘, 将上半身靠在床的边衔,保证上半身向后倾斜一定的角度。我们来做上斜卧推,初始位置是双手臂在身体两侧弯曲呼气,胸部发力 推举至正上方。这个动作是练到我们的上胸部,可以让我们的上胸更加的饱满。整个动作的过程中,大家也要保证核心收紧,下巴微微内收,让颈部位于脊椎的延长线上。 现在大家站起来,我们做下一个动作,向上夹胸,核心保持收紧,我们双手在身体两侧打开,同样也是手肘微微弯曲 呼气,由较低的位置向上夹胸,并且双手交叉,这样会更好的帮助胸部内收练出胸中缝,然后吸气,再将双手放回到身体两侧,大家从侧面的位置可以看 到,放回到身体两侧的时候是手肘微微超过身体躯干的,大家缓慢有控制力的进行。 现在可以将手中的矿泉水瓶放下,来到墙壁旁边,抬起一侧手臂,手肘略微高于肩部,我们来拉伸胸部, 将小臂贴在墙壁上,双脚一只脚在前,一只脚在后。呼气弯曲前侧的膝盖,感受到胸部的拉伸,在拉伸感最强烈的位置保持一会, 保持均匀顺畅的呼吸, 好放松,我们来换另一侧。 这一套训练建议大家每次练习两到三次,每周练习三到五遍,效果更好哦。
