so without further ado, let's just get into the exercises straight away, so we get started like this and i actually thought it would be fun to do a real time workout with me talking to you guys because normally i do a voiceover but i thought it would be really fun to just i don't know try something else and try talking to you guys like this, please let me know what you prefer i feel like it's also just easier to talk with these kind of exercises because you're so up close where it's normally my full body workouts you're so far away so yeah i don't want to be like jumping around with a microphone, but what we're doing here is just we're pressing our elbows together as you can see like this and you should really be able to fill this in the breast area you should put some like tension in your arms and that was a little bleeper so now we go on with the different exercise and what we're going to do is we're going to fold our hands like this and now we're going to go in and out so again put some tension on the arms like really make them feel like you are elongating them try to really push your hands together while doing this and just simply move forward really good you're doing so great i know this is a little bit difficult because your arms can get tired quite easily it's also an arm workout in the meantime, so that is double the profit and now let's go on with this one so this one is very similar to the one we just did, but now we're kind of like moving our elbows together in some sort of pyramid above your head i don't know why it just reminds me of these egyptian moves that you may see when you read your history books i always of the weirdest associations as you guys know while it's working out usually they are about mermaids let's go i know this is heavy but you can do it because you're strong and what i always like to do when i work out is just remind myself one that you guys are doing this with me so i'm not in this alone that always makes me super happy but if you feel working out is too much for you if you don't feel like it just remember that you are not alone in this and number two remember your goal why are you working out for that amazing feeling afterwards of course and also for that dream body that you want even though everybody is perfect just the way they are it's always nice to have goals so if you want perk your breast it's totally okay it shouldn't be your main objective in my opinion the main thing should be that it makes you feel really good but that you get a great body in the meantime that's wonderful in my opinion so just up and down and up and down real nice also an arm exercise ooh so good i love this yes, yes yes okay and now we're moving in and out and you can even see by the top that i'm wearing that it's actually doing something for the boobs that's why i decided to wear this little top so you can see that is actually working the muscles right here nice you're doing great up yes, so nice right working out together creating a really joyful feeling whether you're watching this in the morning or maybe at noon or even in the evening it just really stimulates all the positive feelings to work your day so that your day is just the most perfect ever so we're going to do one last exercise this one i'm just going to move to the side for you and we're going to up and up just very tiny movements, but trust me this one is killer you feel it guys yes, up, up, up, up, you're doing great up and squeeze your arms let's squeeze them together who it is burns it burns in my arms first area that was it that was everything for today that was my breast of muntation。
