UFC苏木全过程

二零一九年八月三十一日， ufc 深圳站我对阵苏康，打死 后场，马上上场的时候，其实还是挺挺紧张的，音乐异乡这个主持人叫你名字，上场的时候完全完全就会， 我不知道别的运动员啊，对我来说就会完全抛开一切，就，就是非常轻松，就没有完全没有想的东西，就是一定要打好这场比赛，因为这场比赛不拿下就是 我就可能真的就没有太多的东西支撑我去训练了，备战了太久了这场比赛，所以我想我想的是一定必须要拿下这场比赛。 第一回合我打的基本上是单击， 因为没有组合拳，刚开始战术就是刚刚上去，我就不像跟对手摔跤或者是地面的这个缠斗，我就想先把这个距离控制好，距离控制好以后，那用什么控制距离？当然是用腿法， 腿法和这个侧踹腿慢慢的一步一步的控制起来，以后再用这个拳击就是拳法进攻。 还有一个我自己的优点就是我在场上的时候就是我的教练，嗯，叫我做什么战术，这个我是听得很清楚，而且我自己 反复的看了这个我自己的比赛，然后看教练说什么我的反应是什么，这个战术就是教练让我做什么战术，我马上能运用的出来，这就是我觉得我最大的优点 啊。 第二回合下半段开始，我下面的教练就他让我可以出一些组合拳，然后下意识的就是左右左右就打了好几个，就是年关的拳击组合， 所以这个还是要感谢教练吧。选手很多时候打比赛的时候看的不是完全 很清楚，但是像教练的话，坐在下面的话比你看的更清楚对手的漏漏洞和这个自己的优势。然后当时我教练就说，呃就可以打组合拳了，可以多用一些组合拳，然后我也就是很成功的用出来， 这样你来说我的拳法摆拳还是直拳还是勾拳，还是我的扁腿还是白腿还是侧侧踹？我觉得都有这个 q 对手的这个能力。对，所以，呃对战你的话我就是 真的是比较自信，到了第三回合以后就比较兴奋，然后观众也尖叫吗？就是然后自己感觉 能拿下这场比赛了，然后但是还是就是不敢太大意了，因为 我以前输的两两场比赛都是因为诠释自己的问题大意，或者是犯一些很低级的一些错误，所以第三回合我还是 呃就开始之前很兴奋，但是比赛开始我还是很谨慎的去这个跟对手去保持好我自己的距离， 因为我每次我打拳还是踢腿踢得好，打得好，观众都会尖叫吗？然后我也听得很清楚，然后每次我重击以后， 观众啊掌声尖叫，然后第三回合我可能就希望观众更热血沸腾一点， 其实那个时候我更多的是想去 tk 舞蹈，我自教练能感觉到，我自己也能感觉到。呃，就是 我觉得到了第三回合他的体能也有所下降，我觉得这个时候我在地面杂技或者怎么样， 他应该也没有太多的体能去相辅，然后我就直接控制他，一直就是肘击以地面砸击都用出来， 不是 算是我的 ufc 第一场胜利吗？其实过了第一天就是那天晚上以后，其实还好，就是很快就心态就磨平了，感觉就哦 昨天胜利了，已经过了，就还是要去努力去训练，就是更好的状态去迎接我的下一场比赛。

我跟苏木就哎很多年兄弟了吗？就是那个一块训练，在我家住，就是真希望他能够拿赢那场比赛。就是我们平时也一起训练吗？就 都都很不容易，在美国，在美国去 就付出很多努力，我就希望他能赢这场比赛，然后还有柯南，我我希望他能赢，因为，哎，我们就在国外训练，都很很不容易。 对，其实我们可能也生活都为了别人、朋友和亲人，就是自己都无所谓，自己其实受多大伤都无所谓。 现在比赛完了，虽然我打赢了。其实我觉得你们很开心，因为我那两个兄弟， 一二三，中国力量。
