听英语时直接理解意思，说英语时直接表达，中间不用经过中文翻译，就是英语思维，或者说用英语直接思考，达到这个水平，你就不会再用英语时卡壳。怎么做到呢？首先你得明白某个英语句子的意思， 就是这句话说的是什么，想表达的到底是什么？注意这里的什么不是指中文。入一个场景你就明白了。比如一个妈妈带着七岁的孩子在逛超市，突然间小男孩拉着妈妈的手，就是这样子，他拉着他要 嗯嗯，这样他妈妈瞬间就理解了。孩子是想要回家了，但是小男孩并没有用中文说出来，我要回家，没有用语言，只是用一些肢体动作，再 发出一些声音，就传达了我要回家这个意思，说明即使没有语言， 这个意思依然是存在的。这里的意思也可以说是在某个语境，某个场景下，你到底想要表达什么。同样我们也可以用中文，我想回家，英文， i wanna go home， 粤语我想翻 ok 来表达这个意思。而掌握英语思维，就是把某个看不见摸不着的意思，跟它对应的英语文字，英语声音 直接匹配起来，或者说直接联系起来，中间没有中文。但是很多学习者理解英语时，是按顺序逐词翻译来理解的，比如阅读这句英语时，你看从左到右啊，他是什么，安全的说，然后 就变成什么，你能就是不能吗？就不能是什么太小心，当，当开车时，它就变成很奇怪的东西，然后说话要安全的去说，开车什么绝对不能太小心什么 是不是这个开车跟这个什么 safe， 这个安全是有关系呢，这表达什么鬼啊？好像每个单词都认识，但是连在一起就不懂了。其实这句话的意思是，毫无疑问，开车必须万分小心哈，你感觉很离谱对不对？那答案就是 it's safe to save。 这里整个 我们看一下变颜色，它对应的其实是这个毫无疑问。 i think it's safe to say i think it's safe to say。 所以 it's safe to say 就是 很有把握地说，很确定，很敢肯定地说，然后下一个快，你要万分小心就是这里咯，它对应的其实是 你必须万分小心。当你开车的时候，就开车这里隐藏了一些嘛，就你翻译不是逐字逐词对上的嘛， you can never be too careful you can never be too careful。 而在输出的时候呢，也是你想表达一个意思，然后首先想到中文表达，接着从左到右将中文词语一个个的翻译为英文，然后结合起来，比如说，你想表达啊，我想起来了，那你怎么表达？你可能说就是我是 i 嘛， i think up。 然后什么来了是什么鬼，什么什么已经是不是 i think up already， 这是错的好吗？然后其实实际就是很简单的， i remember 没了，就这样，或者是 i just rip remember。 就是 我刚想起来了啊，我想起来了啊， i remember ah i just remembered a step back on her remember a step back on her remember wait i just remembered yeah i just remembered yeah。 这两种情况都是翻译思维惹的祸。其实中英文的意思是不能通过单词 一一翻译对照起来的，这样不仅可能造成理解，还有表达上的错误，还会导致处理英语的速度变慢。因为你中间多了一个翻译的步骤嘛，把中间步骤省略掉，才能练成英语思维。怎么做到呢？首先要关注 输入时的英语思维训练，因为宏观上没有输入就没有输出。我说的不是练习细节，我说的是宏观大方向上首先要输入， 再有输出，所以输入时要先理解句子意思。那怎么理解呢？有一派观点是这样的，我们要像婴儿一样去吸收语言，不要用中文翻译，不要用中文词典，只是看画面，根据画面连蒙带猜， 这样就不会受到中文干扰，也不会形成翻译思维。我的答案是，如果你是超过六岁才开始学外语的，不要这样做，百分之九十八你会失败。因为画面只能表达很具体的英语，比如 open the fridge， pet， the cat turn on d， a， c。 或者是一些具体的名词，比如说 apple phone， sky， 又或者是由类似表达组成的句子，而且画面跟英语有可能还对不上呢。 have you ever opened the fridge looked for the butter swore there's no butter and then realized the butter was right in front of you the whole time。 你 看他这里说的英语也很具体啊，但是你光靠画面能知道什么吗？稍微抽象一点的，信息丰富一点的，光靠画面也是不行。比如， sisyphus was the first king of ephraim now known as corinth although a clever ruler who made his city prosperous， he was also a devious tyrant who seduced his niece。 他 这个画面也是鲜活生动啊，但是你知道他在说什么吗？ 所以光靠画面不行。那怎么理解英语句子呢？用过河拆桥法，比如理解这句英语， 首先理解语境上下文，这句话讲的就是一些学习方法啊，脑科学啊，如何学习的一些内容，然后整体理解 整句话的意思，我们可以利用整句话的中文翻译，完全理解透析，然后将英语句子划分为语义块，比如说这里 interleave practice， 就 这里一个，然后 it's a form of retrieval practice。 前面的话就是说交替练习嘛，就这里交替练习 是一种提取练习，哎，其实就就这样子，就刚好跟它是对上的。如果我们把这个弄下来， that help students， 我 们说这里，因为新手的话可能会比较不要太长嘛，一到五个单词哈，一般能帮助学生，哎，我们这里来 to incorporate existing knowledge and skills with new ones。 这里肯定有一个喽，比如说我们可以这样子结合起来， 结合起来啊，这里是能帮学生吗？结合起来，结合起来啊，英文就是说能帮助学生结合那些 已存在的知识跟新的知识，所以它顺序也是要变一下的。但是无论如何，这里只是示范啊，不是说你一定要像我这样。 ok， 我 们分成这样去理解，之后我们再去理解这个东西，就比如说 interleave practice， 你 知道是交替练习吗？你会发现哦，这个 practice 是 练习，这个 interleave 是 那种 你暂时可能不知道它很深的含义，但是你知道在这个语境之下，它是那种交错式的练习。可能你对这个交错也不是很理解，但是没关系，你已经知道这一层了，那 这个时候你学习的是这两个单词在这个语境下的用法啊，或者说它的表达是怎样的语法也行啊，那么你精细到这种程度之后，基本上理解的深度就足够了。在这个基础之上，如果有视频的画面的话，再结合视频的画面跟这句话配合起来， 你就达到了足够的理解精度。如果这句话本身是很具体的，我们此时就在大脑当中生成对应的画面，就是你理解完之后，你在自己的大脑当中也要生成对应的画面。如果这句话本身比较抽象的话呢，那么你就把这些东西啊，这些块啊，这个句子啊，放在那个语境下，放在这个场景之下， 是生成画面了，但是这个画面是使用这个表达的时候，用这个表达去描述某件事情的时候的那个画面。同时呢，当你理解完之后，我们就会抛弃掉中文，哎，就这样子抛弃掉了，刚刚只是理解。哦，那你抛弃掉中文之后，再去进行 精听精读，什么跟读啊，什么口语模拟练习啊，就是我们刚刚说的过河拆桥法，此时再去练习的时候，我们就没有中文的干扰了，我们也不会有那种翻译思维了， 同时我们是用筷来的嘛，所以我们那种刚说的逐词逐句造成的那种误解也没有了，熟练后就是英语思维了。这就跟建房子一样，你建房子时要搭脚手架， 房子建好后就把脚手架给拆了，这里的中文翻译，中文词典、语法知识等等，就是类似脚手架，用完就抛弃。 最后一点，你理解完句子后的训练才是重头戏，因为要达到英语思维，你对英语的反应速度必须够快，这需要大量的训练，让英语跟 意思的连接通路足够宽，否则你想表达一个意思的时候，就会被中文思维抢占了，因为他的那条路更宽嘛。你可以加入我的流利英语实操课，这是我唯一的课程，我会为你提供所有的工具 材料，手把手教你一步步实操，达到流利，达到真正的英语思维。同时还有社群答疑的服务，我自己会亲自在社群里面答疑。不，不仅仅是交流群来的，你可以在描述栏或者评论区那里找到课程链接，我们下次见。
