他是我努力进行国家对比,就可以发现我们中国拳击还是有待提高的,因为在历史上总共举办了二十届世界锦标赛。

our coach told us about the importance of mental training and visualization and he referred to the famous free throw experiment where you know group of basketball players practiced throwing free throws and another group use visualization and the difference between them and change of performance was very close and so that got me curious and i went down to my local library i found this book which is sort of like a gem that had a whole mental training program for basketball and what i did was i took the concepts in there and applied it to my game for hockey now if you look at any mental training program it tends to follow the same template, which is regulate your breathing and your heart rate get into a physically relaxed state and then work on visualization in your technique so in doing this sort of a program here you want to do this for yourself here are the steps that you're gonna follow first, you want to find a comfortable place and in that place you're gonna do eight deep breaths you're gonna count by inhaling for four seconds you're gonna hold your breath for four seconds and you're gonna exhale for four seconds and you can do that eight times and you can do this sitting up or lying down the thing is with lying down is you tend to fall asleep, but i do prefer lying down because i know i can stay awake next you're gonna relax each of your body parts and make them as heavy as you can start with your feet move up to your hips thighs lower back spend about 30 seconds relaxing them relax your upper back neck head and shoulders and then even all the way down to your hands and arms make them as heavy and as relax as you can once you're in a relaxed date you're gonna visualize yourself performing now this can be as simpler as complex as you want you're gonna first visualize yourself as a spectator so you're watching yourself on the outside as if you're just watching somebody else in the ring and it can be fight scenarios it can be scenarios that you face inspiring you could spend the whole time just working with how to deal with a jab or you could spend the whole time dealing with how to counter some of these check left hook and how to get inside you're gonna work on all these different aspects of your game and see yourself do it you can work on setup setting up the body shot the most important thing is that you see it clearly and see yourself doing it successfully and you also have to give your opponent some credit i mean they may block your shots and then that's gonna be the chest match in your mind okay what's your next move gonna be and you want to visualize these first slowly so that you can see clearly what it is you need to do how to execute and then later in your in your visual practice you can pick up the speed and go full speed but the whole idea is to get all of your senses and everything involved the sound sight touch you want to almost really kind of see and feel what's going on in there now after you've done this for a bit you're gonna go into your own mind's eye and see it from our first person point of view same amount of time you spent or even longer you're gonna look at dealing with jabs dealing with right hands setting up your own combos any kind of scenario you want spend time visualizing and seeing yourself doing it successfully once you're done very simply you can rub your eyes slowly kind of wake yourself up stay there in a relaxed state, your body might feel a bit stiff from lying in in the dead still position sometimes you can take it to say half an hour to do rub your knees rub your lower back neck and shoulders。
