冬奥会高山滑雪项目的比赛基本上都是在冰状雪上完成的，那么什么是冰状雪呢？首先我们来看一下，这个是我们常见的面条雪，也是很多雪友啊所喜闻乐见的， 而这个表面的浮血几乎都没有了，剩下的只有冰，那么这样的雪呢，就叫冰状雪，那么在冰状雪上滑行呢，难度很大，而且危险性也很大，那么为什么我们还要用冰状雪呢？其实啊，是为了最大限度的保证比赛的公平， 因为每个运动员滑完都会在滑行线路上留下印记，出场排名越靠后的运动员，线路的难度就会越大，用冰撞雪呢，可以最大限度的减少雪矿的改变。那今天呢，就带大家一起来看一下冰撞雪是怎么制造出来的。首先我们要用压雪车把整条雪道先压一遍，制造出 满屏的面条雪。然后呢是给雪道注水，我们用专门的注水工具，一寸一寸的沿坡而下，确保雪道上的每一处都覆盖到，如果气温足够，那么第二天雪道就会结冰了。 然后呢，我们在线路评真组的 nto 就要开始在雪道上推雪了，通常会用横滑降或者离石滑降的方式，一遍又一遍的推雪，把雪道推的光溜溜的，把浮雪推完，露出冰面是最好的。 在有些比较平缓的地方，我们还会用清血机快速的清血，在赛前仲裁和各国教练视察完线路后，我们还要再一次的推血，配合残血一起把线路上的腐血和血堆全部清光。这样呢，一条适合冬奥比赛的冰状雪线路就被制作完成。 所以啊，高山滑雪最怕遇到下雪天，因为一下雪好不容易推光雪道，又会附上腐雪，这样呢，就大大增加了工作量。

了不起的中国，制造冰状雪从无到有，中国仅用了两年！什么是冰状雪？像冰一样坚硬的雪吗？冰状雪是一种密度高、硬度高、适合高速滑行、不易损坏的雪。冰状雪制成的赛道 能保证不同出场运动员血面相同，令比赛更公平。但国内冰状雪的生产技术一直是被国外卡脖子，冬奥会筹备时，我国连制造赛道所需的标准参数都不知道，更别说制造冰状雪和冰状雪赛道了。为此，从二零一六年开始， 科院院士秦大河组建雪雾联合公关团队，从无到有、从有到今，终于在二零一八年十二月传来好消息，中国首条冰状雪赛道或国际雪莲认证。冰状雪赛道主要分为造雪、保雪、除雪三个步骤。造雪要根据不同比赛项目制定不同的密度 和印度的冰状雪宝雪要保证赛场上的雪该软的软、该密的密。除雪主要是为了方便赛场随时取用。科研团队突破现有技术下，还研发了集成式造雪系统、赛道雪制的监测系统和智能堆雪系统，实现了对造雪、保雪 吐血、智能化改造。如今，我国的冰撞雪技术不仅追上国外先进水平，还因地制宜、突破创新，在国外临门攀登世界顶峰的背后，也是中国制造硬实力的展现。

hi， everybody my name is kelly viable i'm a member of the swissno demo team and today i want to show you a few tips to help you ski on ice this video is for two type of skiers for those who want to challenge themselves on an icy and steep terrain and for the others who feel uncomfortable on ice， so before we go into the tips i want to say to have tuned equipment sport diskies if you're catches on sharp then you probably slip away on the eyes and you feel automatically uncomfortable so skiing on ice is difficult remember that you practice my tips maybe in an easier terrain on a soft snow conditions first and then work your way up for all of today tips and skiing on ice it's important to remember you have a good basic position think about the soccer goalkeeper hip wide stand all chance are banned a little bit lower position so you ready to move in different directions so let's go for the ski and get into the tips okay， my first tip for skiing on ice to get more confidence is about the initiation to keep your skis from skidding and losing grip on ice you need to get your new outside ski on the edge as early as possible the outside ski should be the boss from the beginning of the turn until the end of the turn with smoothly pressure build up you know the most common mistake people do is extend too much vertical with both legs and it takes so long until the skis are getting back on the edge so my drill for the initiation is as soon as you release the pressure from the previous turn you try to extend more with the uphill leg and then lift at the same time you lift up your inside ski this is the position from the previous turn and now i try to accident the uphill leg which becomes to the new outside ski more than the inside lack make sure you lift your heel up with the inside ski and you roll over from one side to the other you can see and you automatically half angle on the outside ski， so i'm extending my uphill leg， which will become to the outside leg and then lift up the inside ski the tail so make sure you have to pressure on the outside ski and the skis going smoothly on the edge it means your center of mass goes more horizontal and not that much vertical tip number two is an early and smooth pressure build up between the initiation and the four line， i see a lot of skiers they are in a rush they are rotate their feet too too quick in this part of the turn be patient try to roll over from one edge smoothly to the other edge and not to rotate your legs the ski needs time to bend getting in in a good flex to do it really smooth。
