my name is dodo the one next to me is silome we were abandoned by my owner after living in the streets for a long time we were rescued by a girl named eva though she tried our best to take care of us who were still trapped in fear their countless other stray docks out there they have no food， no shelter and no clean water if they're injured or sick all they can do is flying down and quietly waiting for their death so today i want to ask you on behalf of all of us why abandon us she was very logical， she was very well prepared she was very poised， so it was a passion of hers and she was sincere and you could see that i'm eva dodo's story should be heard by more people according to incomplete statistics china has 140 million pet dogs and more than 14 million stray dogs although their organizations and individuals like my family they are trying to rescue them but a number of street dogs is still increasing which brings sitting dangers to the environment and safety of our society let us take a look at where the street dogs come from abandonments being lost and uncontrollable reproduction why are they everywhere because in china a bentleman of dogs is a crime that goes unpunished in contrast many other countries issue different policies to solve this problem for instance germany has anal protection act that states abandoning pets is illegal and will be punished by a fight up to ninety thousand eras in the uk， abandoning pets is considered a crime of animal abuse and negligence also if the honored careless losses pad he will be imposed a 25 pound fine india uses law to stipulate that the only legal way to control dog population is through a licensed sterilization i hope the chinese government will issue similar animal protection policies as soon as possible the way she speaks slowly and carefully， but with emotion really good but before that here's my voice if you're gonna have a pet ask yourself if you want to stay with it through illness， all age and death i understand that not everyone is ready to take stray dogs home， but what everyone can do is to be kind to them at least don't hurt them please respect lives because when saving the life our sense of responsibility and ability to love will be greatly improved therefore we can become better selves however， when you give up a life instead what you also give up is your dignity and responsibility as a human being and this is a crime thank you。
