running was a student in bodyguard so he carrying and asked him all the questions and and and that didn't seem as a threat so this time everything they did tonight next was when all the shows and you 到底谁说的熬夜掉肌肉啊,罗尼半夜三点多还在偷偷喝蛋白粉增肌,生怕被卡特知道,今天来看看罗尼一天朴实无华的饮食,上午十点多第一顿饭,非常悠闲的坐在客厅边看电视边吃,吃的应该是主食,然后拌了几十个鸡蛋清,依旧是老北京溜冰慢慢整。 接下来泡了一杯咖啡来当下药水,看看这一大盒药不是内部醇哈,其实就是各种维生素,矿物质,微量元素啥的,一天要吃一大堆,光吃各种补剂的碳水都够普通人一天用的了。 接下来下午两点多练前餐,简单的整了几勺蛋白粉对付一下,喝完就准备去训练了,就这蛋白粉他一天就要喝掉一桶。 现在第二顿饭,这会是训练结束,回来差不多快五点,需要快速补充蛋白质,直接来个鸡手,好家伙,一顿一百多克蛋白质,反正他的蛋白粉也不用 花钱,真是使劲造。然后再加上一点可可粉,搅拌搅拌,一口气喝完他的二手宾利上,手舞足蹈的自恨。这会下午六点多他又要准备吃饭了,于是就开车出去下馆子, 没有麻辣香菇和水煮鱼,还是吃的他最爱的鸡胸肉,还有一点玉米和酒鬼花生,这玩意天天吃谁受得了啊,然后还这样搅拌起来了,吃个饭也不好好吃,这要在我们这非要挨两个大逼都不可。 接下来晚上九点多应该是第四顿饭了,整了点米饭,然后撒了一点调味料提升一下口感,边上还有鸡胸肉和一盘牛肉饼,谁家好人晚上九点多还吃这么多啊,不过他这一天也没咋吃东西,整个上午都在吃流食,晚上反而吃起米饭和肉了。 下面来到第五顿饭了,你们猜猜几点了,也就是男人夜生活刚开始的世界,世界第一猛男也不例外,凌晨一点 开着他的大汗马出去嗨了,不过他不是去蹦迪,而是去吃饭,不能因为正事而耽误了吃饭,这次吃的还是牛排,然后开始往外扒拉米饭,这不纯纯的浪费粮食吗?不是因为要控制碳水,其实就是单纯不想吃蔬菜,一点也不吃。吃完这顿饭以后后面还有一顿饭,所以这都两点多了,罗尼还去逛了超市消消食, 到家后终于到了最后一顿饭,都已经凌晨三点。谁说的熬夜会掉肌肉来着?这有个奥赛冠军,熬夜和蛋白粉增肌,一次好几勺,我已经记不清他这一天喝了多少蛋白粉了,感觉够我喝一个月的了。他泡完以后就坐沙发上吃他的小药丸,这又开始嗑药了,好家伙,早上用咖啡罐,晚上换成蛋白粉了,看起来他吃了很多东西, 其实这都是他几十年坚持下来对他来说最方便最简洁的饮食方式了。像我们光是看我都已经力竭了,很难想象他这种生活方式坚持了那么多年。职业健美运动员的自律 是真的挺让人敬佩的。接下来看看吃了六顿饭以后的罗妮体重是多少,好家伙,三百二十四磅,差不多两百九十四斤了,兄弟们,这样的生活你们能过得下去吗?
