这个团队呢，我们这次一共来了七个人，包括我加上我八个人，这里边呢，有我的系统工程师郑凤欣，还有 house 的安居尼尔张君君，还有他的 house 另外一个 音响师叫杨波，他们两人主要负责 house 完了以后， monitor 呢，是连震和梁勇，完了以后还有 ob 间的人 有一个萧涛，呃，总混音师，音乐总混音师叫李军，也是很多年跟我在一起合作，这几年下来，江苏卫视的整个的舞美设计师都很有创意的，其实给我们很多的时候音响 制造了很多的问题，能够保证既能表现出这个舞美设计的这个高潮 的设计的 idea， 那么又能保住现场的观众听觉上能达到一定的效果，满意度，这是我们特别纠结的一个事情，其实每年的问题就在这， 今年所有的问题都做的是非常的专业，在来之前来澳门之前，在设计之时，我们已经把所有的问题都在图纸上说清楚，音响主要的都是 ksl 和 dnb 的。 ksl 这次来听了以后呢，之前已经也用过了，在不同的场合，大的场地小的场地也都使用过啊，觉得他对这个声音呢角度的控制非常的好。 然后这次来呢，又进一步的跟师傅他们在一起去仔细的去听啊，那觉得它里面的那个 a p 技术啊什么的确实很出彩， 在运运用 ap 技术的这个新的那个 sl 系列覆盖的这个范围以内啊，他非常非常的均匀，我是主要是负责摸整个舞台上的 monitor 的主控，所有艺人的反听啊，乐队的反听，嗯，舞台上所有这些，包括呃无线话筒， 他们都是归我管理，其实四面台对于反听来说也是很难做的，因为这样的情况下，等于往话筒里串的东西就比较多了，会反耳机里听到的反的东西都比较多，所以呢在反听这块呢，我们要首先 让地板箱有能够给演员一些肢体的一个感觉，然后呢再一个是也要尽量避免这些反的东西进到这个话筒，其实也 也会进到这个话筒，但是我们要做一些手段来去避免让艺人听到这些反的东西。我们今年在澳门这边搭建的这个环境呢，是为了二零二零年江苏卫视跨年演唱会 所做的声音的中混的这么一个系统，我们会为江苏卫视的高清频道播放五点一声道的 声音，给江苏省 ibtv 的用户播放五点一点四的三维声。整个的这个音响系统呢，是分为三个大部分组成，一个是现场的音响系统， 那么现场音响系统是主要是负责现场的观众扩声和舞台的反送，是为现场的这个观众和演员服务的啊。第二个是这个叫电视节目制作系统，那么电视节目制作 主要是负责为包括电视包括多媒体客户端的观众来制作声音。那么还有一个系统在外面是我们的江苏广播电视总台的四 k 转播车移民系统，转播车的移民系统呢是主要负责信号的调度和分发啊，以及这个有些切换 监测，主要是负责这些这些内容。三个大的系统是相互合作的，各有各的分工，各有各的任务，那么这套 电视混音系统是主要是为播出端的用户来服务的，实际上也是为绝大多数的观众服务的，每一个系统都很重要，只是他负责的这个服务的面不一样。
