嗨，大家好，今天讲一下如何设计一套完整的英语学习计划，为 rich higher 的学习打好一个基础。这个视频呢，有点长，因为讲了许多具体的实施方案建议呢，先收藏起来，有空再慢慢看。 在前几期的视频当中，我提到了学习瑞奇海尔之前要一个基本的语言基础。我推荐给大家的是美国的一个英语学习 app rozanna stone， 有一些家长在使用之后给我一些反馈，我发现其实大家并不太会用啊。今天这个视频我就阐述一下如何去做一个 rozana stone 的学习计划。 先说一下学习，若在他手中的目标，第一个就要打一个好的语音语调以及听力的基础。这个 app 里面有一个语音识别系统，如果你跟读的近视度达到百分之九十以上，那么就会通过，否则呢，你就得重读啊。但是有时候这个语音识别系统 有那么点不准确，如果实在是识别不了，过不去，那就略过，对吧。第二个目标，掌握里面的全部词汇，会读会认，年纪稍微大一点的孩子呢，我需要他会写啊。第三个目标，初步的梳理一遍语法的知识点，有一个印象就可以了，不要求很精确。 第四个目标，掌握基本的语言框架和句型好吗？啊，所以我们呢，就是用最快的速度把这个过一遍好吗？大概要有两年的时间，然后再说一下适合的人群啊，我觉得适合四岁到三年级的孩子， 三年级以上呢，零基础的孩子我觉得也可以学，但是要把进度拉的快一点点啊。我把 rota stone 这套系统称之为一种语言训练，那么既然是一种训练，他的优点那就是有大量的重复，让小朋友有一个可以打下一个非常好的听力和口语的技术。 但是这个弊端呢，因为他是训练他的，这种重复可能会让小朋友感到一点点枯燥，但是这个是没办法避免的。但是如果在他身后呢，有一种闯关模式，那么就减轻了他的枯燥程度好吗？ 然后我再说一下资料的选择，所有的资料在融在了 stone 的网站上面都有好吗？ 详细到每一课每一个环节的教师指导手册啊，到学生练习册，到闪卡，到单元测验阶段测试，音频，课外阅读活动指导手册， 学习进度记录表等等，这些在网站上面都有，都是免费的，可以下载打印出来啊。根据我几年线下面授裸摘的 stone 的经验来说啊，你只需要这几个就够了。一个学生练习的 student workbook， 第二个 app 啊，第三个 unit tests， 第四个 progress， 第五个 course contents， 其余的呢，都不太需要，特别是扩展阅读，可读性非常差啊，我不太建议使用好的。有了这些工具呢，我们就可以开始做计划了。 rosa stone 的课程结构是这个样子的，它一共有五个级别，每个级别四个单元，每个单元呢，又分成四课， workbook 里面呢，每一颗有四个 workshit， 再加上一个 quiz 啊，每个单元完了呢，有一个单元测试啊，是非常完整的一个结构。 我给出的建议是，每天坚持在 app 上做三十分钟的听力和口语的训练，有时间呢，可以做到四十五分钟，没时间的呢，至少要训练二十分钟。如果碰到假期没有时间做新的，那么请记住，一定要复习旧的东西。 在 app 上完成了一刻的练习之后，就要及时的把 workbook 上面的四个 workship 加一个 quiz 做了。对于低龄的小朋友，看不懂题目的，可能需要家长指点一下啊。如果还没有开始学写字的呢，可以家长辅导一起写，或者家长代写。这里需要提示的是， work book 上面写作练习可以全部跳过，不需要做， 因为我们在使用 rockstone 的目的在于听力和口语写作，我打算放到三年级以后再来专门的学习。 好，那么每个单元学完呢，都会有一个单元测试啊，来检测一下学习的效果。家长可以安排给孩子做所有的这些计划，家长都可以记录在这个 progress trackers 里面，你看啊， 它是按单元和课时来划分的，非常的细致啊。等你把一个 level 学完了，你可以把 course content 打印出来，这个 course content 列出了这个 level 里面全部的句子啊， 让小孩子读一遍，然后让他们自己标记出来哪些看不懂的啊，不懂的句子，家长也可以从 coursecome 在里面抽一些句子来考察小朋友掌握的情况啊，非常的直观。 以前我线下是每个礼拜学习一个 lesson， 一个月学习一个 unit， 那么基本上二十个月，也就是不到两年，可以把五个级别全部学完。 学完的输出的结果就是语音语调准了，语法方面有一个基本的认识啊，句子结构有了，词汇积累到两千个左右啊，这个时候呢，再去学习 richi 哈尔就会比较轻松了啊， 基本上能够跟老师用英文交流，也能够有针对性的进行后续的阅读策略和写作的训练了。好的，总结一下，我这个视频呢，主要讲了学习如何在这使这种的目标听力口语策 会积累巨型结构基本语法。然后呢，告诉了大家选择什么样的材料啊，用什么样的计划去学习，用什么样的工具去记录学习进度，检测学习效果。 如果大家还有任何的疑问，可以在评论区给我留言或者私信我， ok， thanks for watching see you next time。
