the initial the getaway wasn't the worst of i've ever had， but it also wasn't as good as maxes um had a bit of wispin and uh then obviously max is on the inside and i got the romy wide and i got to done by the timotharns so uh definitely not a great start of kind of reminiscent of like two thousand fifteen when i fell back from first， but um and then after that i just didn't have the base to keep over the guys the balance of the car was was pretty awful um on that first in a lot of understate to snap oversteer through corner balance and i just can't keep over them so then bit by bit as we got through the stent uh through the next couple of stents we started the car start started to become more drivable drivable， but um and in the last and obviously was much better if we had last the step the past we had at the end we would have been a little bit better i think through the through the day， but um， but i'm gonna take the post this from yesterday amazing effort from the team to get uh to where we were and to to beat everybody in qualifying was really spectacular for us and also shows that whilst we don't have the best car it was an incredible lap um， and we have a lot of work to do to there's like we're we're a long way away off being in the red bull in the race and obviously now we're behind the the clarence， but um which is gonna keep pushing。

the only problem is that he still has to go to the racetrack and on a thursday he has to sit in front of fifty journalist and they're gonna ask him hey sir joe！ you're looking like you're having the biggest struggle in your career do you think you're ever gonna get out of this again？ you know this is the journalist asking and that it always hits you it always hits you because you have to listen you can't ignore you have to answer the questions um and the next question is gonna be a surgo uh is do you feel the threat from daniel ricardo？ do you feel that you might lose your seats？ you know that's the next question from the journalist you know and it just goes on and on like that and it's it's so hard because it just keeps on hitting you in your head um and that's that's like one of the hardest parts of the weekend for surgery at the moment， um to deal with and so really it's about switching or focusing also in a state of mind， um he was very focused on hey， i want to beat max i want to beat max！ i want to be champion you know he's always saying i want to be champion in the winter and it's time to i mean he's doing it anyways but just just forget about that and just race weekend by race weekend come to the race and session by session do a fantastic job prepare for it as best you can risk manage out there and just do a fantastic job and rebuild like that um that's a that's what it's about um that's what he needs to try and do，
