hey, hi boys and girls and welcome back to the monkey teardown i've got ben again with me to to help me get everything going here and ben why don't you tell us a little bit about the a pillar and d pillar that we've been looking at we'll do sandy if you come look at the interior side of the a pillar, we've removed the a pillar trim there are two large bolts on the inside that are they're holding in a piece of the structure interior to the a pillar this is a high strength steel component that's used for roof crush so they're using something inside here to help with light waiting and they're doing the similar thing doing the same thing back here in the d pillar again if you look on the inside, there's some threaded faster, some bolts they're going through the steel on the inside of the body and again holding in some high strength steel through the roof sections of the vehicle so bolts seems to be high on the menu here today, i'm looking over here at the at the hinges for the front door and um these ones i'm i'm gonna say right now that guy did a good job normally i'd like to weld the hinges to the a post but really and truly or the hinge pillar this this can be done because again because of crush worthiness probably because of the sorebaction this has been doubled up so these bolts are easily accessible to the operator both top and bottom so i guess because of the situation and how everything has to be done but to give this guy at a then we go to the part that i don't like so much so this one is a lot different so here you can see that one bolt is going in from the front and another one is coming in from the back now i don't like doing that because operators hate engineers who make them go one direction and in another direction i don't like it because the the sockets always fall off or the bolts fall down inside now this one here it drops down to the top ooh it tops down to the top of the laundry tuna so no problem i can fish it out but it's still going to slow me down now how could i get around this problem? well, here's a deal this has a tap this has a nut in back of it so why don't i do this? if i weld a stud two studs one here one there the operator can then shove this thing in and put the nuts on on the backside and it'll support itself while the operator is trying to get the job done so this is a good example of where you know a little bit of it's different than what they were expecting but this would be a lot less expensive now speaking of bolts this i needed to get in to find out what was going on here? so i needed to get the retractor here off we definitely chewed up a couple of a couple of our torques, fasteners and what we found out was that this is unusual we don't usually see this much lock tight being applied to a thread this has got full lock tight this amazing i know one clown told me oh look at the old guy doesn't know about not using glue oh, the bull that guy doesn't know what he's talking about i was a co captain, a ceiling and fastening at fort and i can tell you for sure i they gave me ten million bucks ten million bucks a year to try and figure out how to make bolts stay where they were so this has got full lock, tight and then ford's done something i've never seen before you can see that this at one time used to have threads all the way along what this has been what's happened here is this has been machined or something and so now what i've got is a full dog point? which means that this length is equal to that diameter i've got a full dog point and they've actually radiused the first couple of threads to get it in now my guess is that this is a torque prevailing, which means that not only am i running it down to torque i'm actually having to overcome the torque that's built into either the fastener on the inside the nut or this has been crushed the threads have been crushed to make it about a hundred and fifteen percent thread that means that it's an interference fit and then also something on the lower part of the b panel that we've found is a very large stamps, very thick stamped steel sheet that's been welded on for reinforcement at the bottom this doesn't go up more than twenty percent of the b pillar height and it is where the retractor is fastened to for the seat belt so do you recognize because this is a battery pack or is this for some side intrusion? what do you think it's for? i'm not sure what it's for and why it's like it's something that we've recently uncovered and still trying to investigate why ford put such a such a beefy reinforcement in this location one last thing we are gonna buy we are gonna be buying a plant actually, we've already bought it it's on order we should get it in two weeks but we need a little bit more money so if you happen to find it in your heart, that you need one of these stickers and now i'm they used to be thirteen bucks but i hear now that there's a second one that i'll be signing for fifty bucks hey, great stuff! i can't i believe that my signatures weren't that much but you know what we would really like to get some money in here to get this project started so if you can please please help us out with that make sure you're helping with the with the folks that are at the cash register tip those cash years and thanks for tuning in we'll be talking to you soon bye now。

多看勇哥汽车整备与维修,你的大脑将会不可逆的大聪明!本期视频,给粉丝兄弟的野马来一个大整备, 接上集,继续整备。嗯,怪不得门要响哟,到处都是松的。底下这两个老师也给他回上了一段,老师 根本不用打这些,一圈螺丝啊,这东西完成,这下声音就厚重的多了,就没有先前那个噼里啪啦的声。他这个车 这边是低配的后视镜那边是高配的后视镜,这边找了一个转弯灯和一个迎宾灯,节省成本的情况下,把那个照力灯给它恢复,这样要好看一点。这个转弯灯的话就没办法了,只有换总成才能解决。 哎呀,开倒开倒,到处的螺丝,高配和低配就是这少了几根线,重新给他看,门线 接好了,按上去试试,跟着他装回去 撞门板 好了,门板也给它弄完了。好,现在我们把中间这颗大螺丝拆了,就可以把整个方向盘拿下来了。找个工具,方向盘回中以后我们把这个 ok, 看到没,这内一角固定,就不怕它打偏啊,往外提插头把它 好,这就整个拿下来了。做方向盘要换针,全部碳纤维的,所以我们现在要把这些副件全部拆掉,拆掉零部件, 老一辈艺术家依旧选择手搓。 咱们现在把迎宾灯给它装上,收到, 看上看上, ok, 试一下哦,看那家马不马 ok 了,这就 ok。 这就是玫瑰的原厂尾翼,换一个碳纤维固定一下尾翼 给它淘掉这个下盖回来换上去看试一下合不合适。 加装氛围灯又要拆,要把这个胶纸取下来啊。 电源接通试一下,线捆上就封了, 开始装门板的氛围灯, 开始把门板装上, 兄弟,待会我把车子就给你停在这外边,然后我把钥匙等会儿也放个地方给你说,这按键也给你修复了,迎宾的马标灯也给你恢复了啊, 这边也有灯亮看不见,然后还有大灯,然后这边左转弯灯这些都全部给你弄,弄好了,完工完工。

先把这一个盖板拿下来,七毫米这个套头,这里有螺丝,这里有螺丝, 这个垫下面有拉螺丝, 把这个拿下来 卸载两侧这两个螺丝是为了要把这中央扶手箱拿下来,这个中央扶手箱这块有个卡,会卡着这个面板。 好在这里就必须要拆这个中央扶手箱,这里边四个还是七毫米的这个螺丝拿下来,这个螺丝拿下来,然后这个螺丝拿下来,这个螺丝拿下来 一定要选择可以支持卡不累的,并且支持数据传输的数据线,不是所有的数据线都可以,这个数据线最多插在触电的 usb 接口或者是 type c 接口,这个时候就弹出来了。

多看勇哥汽车整备维修,你的大脑将会不可逆的变聪明。本期视频讲解拆野马的方向机,接着造越, 接着我兄弟们今天给大家来一个这个方向机的拆箱架子,这个时候他就是打方向的时候有点沙沙的声音,这个一般就是方向机里面框套里面进水了,然后我们把它拆下来,拿去 做个方向机的维修保养啊。我先把两个前轮卸掉,把轮胎取下。 好,我们现在拆掉这个方向机的球头,拉杆球头,这个是十八的套头, 铁杆,加个套筒锤两下就行,就把它取开了,然后马上做个标记,如果没有专用工具,直接把它敲掉,到时候换个新的就行了, 把它就敲掉了。把防尘罩取下来,这样外球笼就出来了,这是方向机的外球,拆外球笼管钳 轻轻一下,接下来了, 下一步我们就拆掉这个副版。这这几颗螺丝拆了以后方向机就露出来了,这几颗小螺丝是漆的,用漆的套的,好安全。 我现在把这个支架拆下来,十三的套筒拆一下护板螺丝,这还可十五的,现在这个方向机就露出来了,把插头拔掉,把那个红色的往外面挪了以后, 再往一下按的话就出来了 啊。然后整个方向力是有这两颗螺丝固定的,我们先把这个万向节这拆开,拆开以后就可以把这两个螺丝取掉。万向节这我们做个标记, 这是我自己栓的一个套筒,取了个脚固定, 现在这颗飞来取的就是这个位置太窄,只有慢慢慢慢的的厉害厉害的。弄下来,取下方向键 终于弄下来喽, 装上就回来了,把它装上,最难拆最难装的就是这个螺丝,拆装都很麻烦,一点一点的落下去,他不能用,快搬东西装上, 依旧手搓, 弄好了放下来按, 马上完工。最后两颗螺丝,螺丝打上就 ok。 完工完工,完工收拾。
