亲爱的包子们,你们好,我来了!今天打卡的是兄弟的 t r 五,跟练的是要发阶段的 cardio。 话不多说,我们开始 之前有豹子问我为啥不直接找着课表跟练。先介绍一下 t r 五,每个系列都有专门的课表,通常是一周五连周五加练一组,周六拉伸,周天休息。那我为啥没有跟着课表练呢?当然是因为我不配开个玩笑,但现阶段来说,我确实不配。一哈是我的借口, 我现在的体能虽然比一开始恢复健身要好一点,但要跟课表确实有一定的差距。虽然咬咬牙自己也不是不能做到,但我的身体比我的想法要慢,我想等一等。他相信之前刷到我打卡 ce 的点零的包子们也能看出来,这套 t 二五强度还是比较大的, 需要一定的训练基础,所以要是以后体能撒的再好一点,我会考虑跟课表,但在此之前,我还是会按自己的感受来。说了那么多,也不知道说清楚了没有,那就这样吧,爱咋咋地,好了,不下叨叨了,豹子们,看我脸吧, 刚刚这个转体的动作我做的时候膝盖不是很舒服,虚心请教一下包子们有没有什么小技巧撒的,能教教我。 捡骗子的时候我才发现这里镜头一位了,应该是被我们家的某一位主子踢了一只呦,没错,就是这个小可爱!好了,今天就聊到这,喜欢我视频的宝子们可以点赞评论关注我,我是道理完我们下次再聊。
